Andy has over 30 years' experience working in creative agencies. He's built and led communications businesses and global teams across Europe, the US and APAC: founding agencies (including LEWIS's US operations from startup to $11M across six offices), driving turnarounds (APAC revenues quadrupled), establishing global partner networks, and executing M&A. Through FoundB2B, he built agency ecosystems for brands – sourcing, briefing and managing specialist agencies to solve complex business challenges. He understands what it takes to scale agencies because he's done it.
